Justin’s strength lies in his deep understanding of British Columbia’s construction laws and his ability to collaborate with project managers, estimators, and consultants to tackle the technical aspects of complex cases. Raised in Abbotsford, Justin studied history at the University of the Fraser Valley before earning his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2019. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020. During law school, Justin received the Dean’s Course Prize for Wills and Estates and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Prize, and his advocacy skills were recognized as part of the team that won the Outstanding First-Year Moot.
Justin is a member of the Society of Construction Law and L’Association des juristes d’expression française de la Colombie-Britannique.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing golf and hockey, following football, basketball, and boxing, reading history and political philosophy , studying French, and spending time with his wife and their daughter.
